The HG32 high precision high speed ERW tube mill production line is designed for manufacturing round pipes of Φ12mm-Φ32mm with thickness of 0.5mm-2.0mm from cold-rolled and hot-rolled coil strip. The process involves forming unclosed tubular blanks, welding them into tubes using high-frequency welding, and subsequent sizing, shaping, and cutting.
