HG38 High Precision ERW Pipe Mill Machine
This industrial pipe mill manufactures round pipes (Φ12mm-Φ38mm) with wall thicknesses of 0.5mm-2.0mm from cold-rolled and hot-rolled coil strips. The process forms unclosed tubular blanks, welds them using high-frequency technology, then sizes, shapes, and cuts the continuous tube into measured lengths.
Production Process Flow
material(steel coil) → uncoiler → shear and welder → horizontal(or cage) accumulator → forming mill → HF solid welder → sizing mill → roughly straightening(turkey head) → cut off machine → run out table
