ERW165 high frequency straight welded pipe production line is used to manufacture welded steel pipe of Φ76mm-Φ165mm with 2.0mm-6.0mm of wall thickness, can produce profiled pipe also within the limit of processing round pipe. After we absorbed advanced pipe making technology from both abroad and domestic, our innovative designed production line and each single unit of the production line is not only economical but also practical.

• High precision - between level roller jumps 0.01, between frame and slide clearance ≤0.02, frame vertical degree ≤0.05, each frame parallel degree ≤0.1, steel pipe diameter and roundness error≤0.08
• Use Japanese technology to meet high accuracy requirements of foreign clients
• Schedulable use the worm gear and worm adjustment with high adjustment precision
• The scraping scar can be adjusted with 3D adjustment, scraper can rotate ±20° along the steel circle
• Round-to-square conversion uses Turkish head push square, reducing mold weight with stable forming and uniform R Angle
• Level up shaft increases nylon damping block to reduce impact to the shaft and bearing
