ERW Tube Mill & Pipe Mill Overview
- Produces longitudinal weld seam tubes and pipes from steel strips of specific width
- Process begins with uncoiling and flattening steel coils into strips
- Forming machine rolls strips into round pipe shape using roller tooling
- High frequency solid state welder joins the tube in the weld box
- Sizing machine forms tubes to final dimensions before cutting and bundling
