Product Overview
This ERW325 high precision pipe mill produces welded steel pipes with diameters from Φ114mm to Φ325mm and wall thicknesses from 4.0mm to 12.7mm, including square pipes from 100*100mm to 250*250mm.
Production Process
Scroll up → Uncoil → Flattening → End Shear & Butt Welding → Accumulator → Forming → High-frequency induction welding → Removing external burr → Cooling → Sizing → Cutting → Checking & Collecting → Accessing Warehouse
