Production Process

Step 1 - Coils: Carbon steel coils prepared for pipe production

Step 2 - Uncoiler: Steel coil placed on the uncoiler

Step 3 - Leveler: Coil stock is leveled for uniform thickness

Step 4 - Butt Welding: Connects coils for continuous forming

Step 5 - Mill: Rolls form flat steel into pipe shape

Step 6 - Welder: Electric Resistance Welder completes the pipe

Step 7 - Scarfer: Smooths the welded seam

Step 8 - Saw: Cuts pipe to specified lengths

Step 9 - Collecting: Finished pipes collected for packaging
