This production line manufactures welded steel pipes with diameters of Φ219mm-Φ426mm and wall thicknesses of 5.0mm-16mm, capable of producing square pipes ranging from 100*100mm to 300*300mm.

Incorporating advanced pipe making technology from both domestic and international sources, our innovatively designed production line offers economical and practical solutions with each individual unit.

• Produces welded pipes with OD: 32mm-89mm and wall thickness: 1mm-4.5mm
• Manufactures square tubes: 25mm×25mm to 70mm×70mm with thickness: 1mm-3.0mm
• Standard pipe length: 6-12m (±3mm tolerance)
• Compatible with carbon steel (GB Q195-Q345), alloy steel, and API 5L X42-X80 materials
• Production speed: 20-60m/min
• Operational direction customizable (left to right or right to left)
