This middle thick steel coil slitting line is designed to process steel coils with thickness ranging from 0.6~5 mm, 1~6 mm, 2-8mm or 3~10mm, and widths from 600~1600 mm, 800~1800mm or 800~2000mm into narrower strips. Ideal for supplying steel strip coils to cold rolling mills, welded pipe mills, and roll forming machines.

• Double mandrel uncoiler designed for heavy coils up to 30 tons, accommodating standard inner diameters Φ508mm, Φ610mm, and Φ760mm
• Optional double cone design supports a wider range of inner diameters from Φ480-800mm
• Precision-engineered disc knives ensure minimal burrs (±0.10mm/m) and exact width tolerance (+/-0.05mm)
• Torque motor-driven edge scrap reeler for uniform winding
• Optional double slitter configuration for continuous operation during blade changes
• Hydraulic press rollers prevent strip head from falling during feeding
• Automatically adjusting recoiling press maintains consistent tension as coil diameter increases
