1. Pipes turning to packing machine: Pipes are turned to the packing machine chain transportation device by the pipe turning device and moved to the pipe counting position.
2. Pipe counting and stacking: The system counts and accumulates pipes layer by layer according to preset bundle sizes, with the collecting device adjusting height for each layer.
3. Bundle transportation: Completed bundles are moved to the bundling position by the transporting car while the collecting device resets for the next bundle.
4. Automatic bundling device: The bundling machine performs precise belt positioning, tightening, and cutting operations at each designated position.
5. Storing: Bundled pipes are transported to the storing area (capacity for three bundles) for final crane movement to the finished pipes area.

The entire process is controlled by industrial PLC with both automatic and manual control options to ensure continuous production and operational durability.
