This production line manufactures welded steel pipes with diameters of Φ114mm-Φ273mm and wall thicknesses of 2.0mm-10.0mm, capable of producing square pipes from 60*60mm to 200*200mm. Incorporating advanced pipe making technology from domestic and international sources, our innovative design offers both economic and practical solutions.

• Designed to produce welded pipes of 32mm-89mm in OD with wall thicknesses of 1mm-4.5mm
• Capable of manufacturing square and rectangular tubes from 25mm×25mm to 70mm×70mm
• Standard pipe length: 6-12m (±3mm tolerance)
• Compatible with carbon steel coil (GB Q195-Q345), alloy steel coil, and API 5L X42-X80 materials
• Production speed: 20-60m/min
• Operational direction customizable (left to right or right to left)
