Production Process

Step 1:

Carbon steel coils prepared for pipe production

Step 2:

Coil placed on uncoiler

Step 3:

Coil stock leveled

Step 4:

Butt welding connects coils for continuous forming

Step 5:

Forming rolls shape flat steel into pipe

Step 6:

Rollers form pipe to precise dimensions

Step 7:

Electric Resistance Welder completes the pipe

Step 8:

Seam scarfing for smooth finish
