In addition to standard machines, we also offer specialized equipment covering a wide diameter range of metal tubes and pipes — from 3/16″ (4.76mm) O.D. cold stretch reducing mills to 28″ OD cage mills. As required by the application for welding the tube or pipe, HeBei TengTian can also provide mills with high-frequency induction or contact welders, DC and AC Square Wave Welding (ERW).

Manufacturing Process
- Coils: Carbon steels prepared for pipe and tube production
- Uncoiler: Carbon steel coil placed on the uncoiler
- Leveler: Coil stock is leveled
- Butt welding: Connects coils for uninterrupted forming & sizing
- Mill: Flat steel formed into pipe through series of rolls
- Mill Rollers: Rolls form size schedule into shape
- Welder: Electric Resistance Welder finishes the pipe or tube
- Scarfer: Seam is scarfed for smooth surface
- Saw: Pipe and tube cut to length
- Collecting: Final collection of pipes and tubes for packing
