Manufacturing Process

Coils: Carbon steel coils prepared for pipe production
Uncoiler: Steel coil placed on the uncoiler
Leveler: Coil stock is leveled
Butt Welding: Connects coils for continuous forming
Mill: Rolls form flat steel into pipe
Welder: Electric Resistance Welder finishes the pipe
Scarfer: Smooths the seam around the pipe
