Product Description
High frequency high precision full automatic ERW Pipe mill line machine designed for manufacturing welded steel pipes of Φ32mm-Φ140mm with 1.0mm-5.0mm wall thickness, capable of producing square pipes 25*25 - 110*110mm.
ERW Tube Mill Process
- Uncoils and flattens steel coils into strips
- Forms strips into round pipe shape using rollers
- Welds tubes using high frequency solid state welder
- Sizes tubes to expected dimensions
- Cuts to length and bundles finished product
