In addition to the standard machines, we also offer specialized equipment that covers a wide diameter range of metal tubes and pipes -- from the 3/16″ (4.76mm) O.D. cold stretch reducing mills to the 28″ OD cage mills.
As required by the application for welding the tube or pipe, HeBei TengTian can also provide mills with high-frequency induction or contact welders, DC and AC Square Wave Welding (ERW).

Manufacturing Process
- Coils: Carbon steels that are going to be made into pipe and tube
- Uncoiler: The carbon steel coil is placed on the uncoiler
- Leveler: The coil stock is leveled
- Butt welding: Connect the last coil to next coil for uninterrupted forming & sizing
- Mill: Goes through a series of rolls that form the flat steel into pipe
- Mill Rollers: Rolls form this size schedule into shape
- Welder: An Electric Resistance Welder finishes the pipe or tube
- Scarfer: The seam is "scarfed" to make the pipe or tube smooth
- Saw: The pipe and tube is sawed cut to length
- Collecting: Finally, collecting pipes and tubes for packing
