HG325 Adjustable Pipe Size Carbon Steel High Speed ERW Pipe Mill
The ERW pipe mill with high frequency solid welder can produce round pipe, square pipe and rectangular pipe at high speed. It can also produce L, T, and Z shape pipes, reducing roller costs while ensuring finished pipe quality.

The high-frequency welded tube mill line produces round tubes with diameters of 25.4-114 mm and wall thickness of 0.8-4.0 mm. Using roll forming technology, it processes steel strip into various shapes. High frequency induction heating enables production of section material with various diameters and sizes by squeezing weld seams together into closed shapes. Advanced aperture technology, PLC automatic control system, and British Eurasia Digital speed-regulating unit ensure reliable operation and easy maintenance.
