Product Description
Our cold cutting saw can cut tubes at speeds up to 120m/min. The automatic control system optimizes blade position based on tube diameter and thickness, adjusting feeding speed and blade rotation to ensure superior cut surface quality with no burrs. This system eliminates mechanical clearance during operation, reduces blade wear, minimizes waste, lowers production costs, and extends machine service life.
Production Process
Material (steel coil) → Uncoiler → Shear and Welder → Horizontal (or Cage) Accumulator → Forming Mill → HF Solid Welder → Sizing Mill → Rough Straightening (Turkey Head) → Cold Cut Pipe Saw → Run Out Table
