Full Automatic Adjustable Size Carbon Steel Stainless Steel Square Tube Mill
This equipment combines international market demands with our company's LW series unit and FF forming technology. The automatic square and rectangular tube equipment can quickly adjust forming rollers, significantly reducing product changeover time to improve efficiency and reduce production costs.
The system uses one set of combined molds to produce different tube specifications - only adjustment is needed, not replacement. This achieves over 90% roller savings, dramatically reducing roller costs.
Production Process
material (steel coil) → uncoiler → shear and welder → horizontal (or cage) accumulator → forming mill → HF solid welder → sizing mill → roughly straightening (turkey head) → cut off machine → run out table
