Product Description
This full-automatic ERW steel tube mill/pipe mill line represents China's first fully automatic pipe making machine designed to meet international market requirements. Combining our LW series unit with FF forming technology, this equipment produces automatic square and rectangular tubes while also capable of manufacturing various open cold bend steel profiles (U, C section steel, etc.) with infinitely adjustable width and height dimensions.

Production Process
material(steel coil) → uncoiler → shear and welder → horizontal(or cage) accumulator → forming mill → HF solid welder → sizing mill → roughly straightening(turkey head) → cut off machine → run out table
