Product Description
This national standard model production line primarily manufactures steel pipes including water-gas pipes and structural pipes.
The forming and sizing unit utilizes a combination of FF forming and FFX forming to produce steel pipes through HF induction welding. The heating method employs either HF induction or contact welding, where the steel pipe is formed into the desired profile by forming rolls. High frequency current creates skin and proximity effects, concentrating induced electricity on the bonding surface for rapid heating to welding temperature, completing pressure welding when squeezed by rolls.
