Production Process

This high-frequency welded tube mill line produces round tubes with diameters of 25.4-114 mm and wall thickness of 0.8-4.0 mm. Utilizing roll forming technology with high frequency induction heating, it processes steel strip into various shapes by squeezing weld seams together into closed shapes. Advanced aperture technology, PLC automatic control system, and digital speed-regulating units ensure reliable operation and easy maintenance.
