Product Description
The HG20 mill is designed for manufacturing round pipes with diameters of Φ8mm-Φ20mm and thickness of 0.5-1.5mm from cold-rolled and hot-rolled coil strips. The process involves forming unclosed tubular blanks, welding them into tubes using high-frequency welding technology, followed by cooling, sizing, and precision cutting.
Technical Process
Steel Tape → Un-coiler → Strip-head Cutter and Welder → Spiral Accumulator → Forming Section (Flattening Unit + Main Driving Unit + Forming Unit + Guide Unit + High Frequency Induction Welding Unit + Squeeze Roller) → De-burr Frame → Cooling Unit → Sizing Unit and Straightener → Computer-controlled Flying Saw → Run-out Table
