Fully Automated High Precision ERW Tube Mill
The HG273 mill is used to manufacture round pipes of Φ114mm-Φ273mm with thickness of 4.0mm-10mm from cold-rolled and hot-rolled coil strip. The process involves forming unclosed tubular blanks with subsequent welding into tubes, edge heating via solid state high-frequency welder, longitudinal seam welding in rolls of tube welding machine, cooling, sizing/shaping, and on-stream cutting of endless tube into measured lengths.
