The ERW pipe mill is designed for producing API, EN, ASTM, and GB/T standard pipes for transporting water, gas, and oil, as well as construction pipes. This high-frequency straight seam welded pipe mill processes fixed strips after slitting, forming them into pipes through roller bending, with edges melted via high-frequency current and welded by squeeze rolls.
Engineered for precise fabrication of cold/hot-rolled and galvanized coils, this ERW pipe making machine delivers tight production tolerances. The resulting round, square, and rectangular pipes serve diverse industries including metallurgy, construction, transportation, machinery, and automotive.
