ERW Tube Mill & Pipe Mill Overview
- Produces longitudinal weld seam tubes and pipes from steel strips
- Process begins with uncoiling and flattening steel coils into strips
- Forming machine rolls strips into round pipe shape
- High frequency solid state welder joins the seam
- Sizing machine forms tubes to final dimensions
- Finished tubes are cut to length and bundled
Applications
Ideal for petroleum, natural gas, city gas distribution, pipe networks, chemical industry, electricity infrastructure, steel trusses, and water/gas pipelines. Widely used for various pressure pipeline applications.
