Product Description
The high frequency straight seam tube mill is designed for manufacturing high frequency straight seam welded tubes, square tubes, and special shaped tubes. This production line features advanced pass technology and PLC automatic control system, offering stable operation, easy maintenance, and industry-leading structural precision.
The HG-89 ERW tube mill produces steel pipes with diameters ranging from Φ32mm-89mm and thickness of 1.0-4.5mm at speeds of 30-80m/min. Custom configurations are available for higher speed requirements. The mill utilizes "W" forming process technology, ensuring optimal force distribution and material deformation throughout the forming process.
