General Information
This equipment is specially designed for producing Φ19-Φ76mm, δ0.7-3.0 mm high-frequency straight seam welded pipe, including corresponding square pipe and special-shaped pipe. The complete system ranges from decoiler to fixed length cutting saw, with adjustable rolling speed within the suitable range for pipe diameter and wall thickness.

- Two sets of 5-ton overhead crane or 10 tons overhead crane
- Power supply to equipment interface
- Blades for tracking saw (quantity determined by customer)
- Magnetic bar for welding pipe (size based on pipe dimensions)
- One set of Φ3", 6m high-pressure pumps for pipe welding machine bed
- Cooling water pool (25m³ with water pipe, pressure meter and valve)
- Machine unit electric circuit
- High-frequency room (ground or attic installation)
- Air compressor: one set (1.5 cubic meters/minutes)
- Lifting equipment and tooling for installation (max weight 8 tons)
Quality Assurance & Services
We guarantee product quality for one year after successful installation and debugging. All expenses for replacing defective parts and components (excluding human factors and vulnerable components) will be covered by us.
