Production Process

Step 1: Uncoiler - Supports rolled plate and strip tension for ERW pipe mill production line. Available in pneumatic, hydraulic, and manual types.
Step 2: Shearing butt welding - Shears the end of each strip coil and welds them together for continuous production. Available in automatic and manual types.
Step 3: Strip Accumulator - Stores strip to maintain continuous production. Horizontal type offers larger storage while vertical type is more economical and space-saving.
Step 4: Forming Section - Shapes the material into the desired pipe form.

Complete Production Flow

Material (steel coil) → Uncoiler → Shear and welder → Horizontal (or cage) accumulator → Forming mill → HF solid welder → Sizing mill → Roughly straightening (turkey head) → Cut off machine → Run out table
