Product Description
The H32 steel square pipe making machine is designed for manufacturing round pipes of Φ10mm-Φ32mm with thickness of 0.4mm-1.5mm from cold-rolled and hot-rolled coil strip. The process involves forming unclosed tubular blanks, welding them into tubes using high-frequency welding, followed by cooling, sizing/shaping, and cutting to measured lengths.
This versatile machine can produce round, square, or rectangular pipes to meet various industrial requirements.

Production Process
Steel Tape → Double-head uncoiler → Strip-head Cutter and welder → Spiral accumulator → Forming section (Flattening unit + Main driving unit + Forming unit + Guide unit + High frequency induction welding unit + squeeze roller) → Removing External and internal burr → Cooling unit → Sizing unit and straightener → Flying saw under computer-control → Run-out table
