Product Overview
This specialized equipment produces high-frequency straight seam welded pipes (Φ60-Φ165mm, δ3-7mm), square pipes, and special-shaped pipes (δ≤2.0mm). The complete production line includes components from uncoiler to fixed length cutting saw, with adjustable rolling speed based on pipe diameter and wall thickness.
The high-frequency straight seam welded pipe production line processes steel strips through rolling to form tube billets. Using high-frequency proximity and skin effects, the strip edges are instantly heated to welding temperature and joined under pressure from squeezing rollers. The welded pipe then undergoes water cooling, sizing, and straightening to achieve required specifications.
This production line incorporates innovative designs from domestic and international equipment, optimized for operational efficiency and maintenance simplicity. With high machining quality and assembly precision, it produces electric welded steel pipes with exceptional dimensional accuracy.
