Production Overview
This high frequency straight seam welded pipe production line processes steel strips through a feeding unit, where rollers form them into tube billets. Using high-frequency proximity and skin effects, the strip edges are instantly heated to welding temperature and joined under pressure from squeezing rollers. The welded pipe then undergoes water cooling, sizing, and straightening to achieve required specifications.
