Our technical personnel will be on-site for equipment debugging, maintenance, and operation training. Under normal operating conditions, we provide a 12-month warranty from the date of equipment arrival. During this period, we will repair or replace any defective parts free of charge.
Note: The buyer is responsible for engineer costs during debugging (USD 80/day/person) including round-trip tickets and local expenses. If debugging is delayed due to buyer reasons, the cost increases to USD 100/day/person.

Delivery and Payment Terms
Delivery Time: Equipment will be ready for shipment within two months after receiving 30% down payment. Delivery occurs after receiving the remaining 70%.
Payment Terms: 30% TT down payment after signing the contract, 70% TT before delivery.
Product Description
This slitting line machine consists of uncoiler, feeder, slitter and recoiler. It processes wide coils into specified width strips for milling, welding pipe, cold bend forming, and stamping applications. Different material blades can be used to slit various metal coils.

Production Process
Loading coil car → Uncoiler → Straightener device → Pinch roll & leveler & hydraulic shearer → Loop pit → Side guide → Slitter → Transition platform & scrap winder → Loop pit → Tension station → Recoiler → Unloading coil car.
