Product Description
Tube Mill Overview
This equipment is specially designed for producing Φ25-Φ80mm high-frequency straight seam welded pipes with thickness of 1.5-4.0mm, including corresponding square pipes and special-shaped pipes (δ≤3.2mm). The complete system includes everything from the uncoiler to the fixed length cutting saw, with adjustable rolling speed based on pipe diameter and wall thickness.

Production Process Flow
Raw material (steel coil) → uncoiling → shearing and end welding → material accumulating → non-power leveling → mill-forming → high-frequency welding → removing burrs outside of weld seam → cooling → sizing → roughly straightening → fixed length cutting → finished pipe → conveying finished pipe pass for rolls.

Main Facilities
Decoiler
Pinching and putting raw material with double-drill structure, ensuring steel coil feeding alternatively and smooth strip movement into accumulator. Suitable for 100-245mm width, 1.5-4.0mm thickness, Φ1000-Φ1500mm O.D., Φ500-Φ650mm I.D., max. ≤2500kg weight.
Shearing and Welding Machine
Ensures double steel coil shearing tidily and welding together with leveled weld seam. Features automatic shearing and manual welding.
Accumulator
Strip storing unit that maintains uninterrupted production by storing material during shear welding operations.
Forming, Welding and Sizing Unit
- Feeding and leveling: 5 passive rolls for straightening
