Pickling precautions
(1) all welding operations have been completed before pickling;
(2) disassembly, transport, pickling, careful not to bruise the pipeline, screw and the sealing surface,
sealing tape or plastic plug;
(3) pickling should be removed before welding slag clean welding, spatter and pipe varnish etc.;
(4) the thread used plastic belt, rubber belt and acid resistant materials to be protected, or in degreasing, after washing the threads coated with grease after rust in acid solution, to prevent fluid erosion;
(5) be careful not to make the mark of the pipe disappear or blur.
