This PE Foam Pipe/Tube/Rod Extruder Machine can produce EPE foam tube/pipe/rod/stick, which is a kind of new type foaming material and widely used as the air conditioner tube sheath, pool noodle, toy guardrail, etc due to its good foaming, elasticity and heat preservation character.
- Single screw extruder Single screw extruder is design especially for PE material. with different capacity for choice.
- Vacuum calibration tank It is 6m length. with vacuum pump and water pump.
- Water spray cooling tank It is 6m, which is for cooling PE pipes.
- Haul-offs Caterpillars haul-offs, with KAF reducers, which works more stably
- Cutting machine It is adopts planetary cutting , which is suitable to cut PE pipes. with different diameter clamps.
