our machine brief introduction:
machine include:
- single screw extruder, with automatic feeding system and dry hopper.
- ceramic heaters. Screw and barrel made by Zhoushan screw and barrel basement famous company.
- die head and mould design according to pipe/hose thickness and diameter. Flow channel design according to different material pressure need.
- forming system has water and air cooling system. Gear drive. Four rotary shafts. Has automatic oil lubrication system.
- mould processed by CNC , high precision made.
- winding system cylinder control open and close. Two winding rollers.
- our machine can produce the pipe with cable and wire on line. The cables can be 6 pieces or more.
- the forming table has chain connect mould and channel push moulds two type .
- the forming method we can make air blowing and also can make vacuum forming .
10.electric panel : 2mm thickness , very strong. Electric parts: all use real famous brand of DELTA (TAIWAN), Omron , SEIMENS .
