Application
PET/PP strap is known as plastic steel band, which is used in place of steel on the world of a new environmentally friendly packaging materials, the development of new materials in recent years the cost of success and a substantial decline, have been widely used in the steel industry, chemical fiber industry, aluminum ingots, paper, brick kiln industry, screw industry, tobacco industry, electronics, textiles and wood, etc.; is replaced by a new high-strength steel strapping, is the worlds most widely used for steel products.
 
Features

• The raw material treatment is by our CSG serious dehumidify and dryness system, it ensures the humidity in raw material less than 80PPM.
• Closed circulation feeding system prevent the material from exposure on air to keep the dryness of raw material.
• The screw is specially designed for PET application, it consists of separate and mixing part to keep the even plastication, also by fixed material feeding system, the extrusion is stable, which ensures the good dimension of PET strap.
• The machine can produce 1/2/4 strap at the same time.
• The mould is specially designed, equipped with two-stage filter.
• Constant temperature heating device provide even cooling environment for PET strap to raise the tensile strength performance.
• Anneal treatment for finished PET strap to remove the part remaining stress to keep good shape
• The winder is double disk type with easy operation and coil changing.
