Application

SJSZ type series conical twin-screw extruder is specially suitable for the extrusion of all kinds of PVC/WPC powder. Equipped with different molds to produce all kinds of PVC/WPC profiles/board.

Screw is cooled by oil cooling system and the barrel by special air cooling system. good plastification and mixing effect,high capacity, wide range application, high reliability; special design gearbox and distribution box,strengthening the thrust bearing, big transmission torque,long service life. Electric control adopts PLC/PC automatic control, the conventional part is controlled with temperature controller, main part adopts imported components, and has a number of faults alarm function, with simple operation and convenient maintenance.
