PVC Wire Cable Pelletizing Line / PET Plastic Pellets Extrusion Line

Production process description:

1. Premixing PVC resin, CaCO3, plasticizer, stabilizer and other additives according to different percentages by high speed mixer. Mixed material is powder

2. Feeding mixed powder material into 65 co-rotating twin screw extruder with precision of 0.5%.

3. Plasticizing, compounding, dispersing finished in 65 co-rotating twin screw extruder under the

temperature around 155-165°C, melt material drop into 150 single screw extruder directly with the temperature around 150-160°C.

4. Extruding and pelletizing by 150 single screw extruder under the condition of low rotating speed, high pressure, cooling. Extruding temperature down to 110-120°C to realize air-cooling die-face hot cutting pelletizing.

5. Pellets temperature down to 35-40°C after cooling by two units of cyclone separator, and continually down to bellowing room temperature, then pellets be conveyed into end products silo.

MTS Series two stage compounding extruder consists of two processing stages. The first one is MT co-rotating twin screw extruding and second one is MS single screw extruding & pelletizing, The MT twin screw extruder serves for material shearing & compounding and MS single screw extruder, for material extruding and pelletizing. Its scientific and advanced structure prevents material from decomposition which is due to overheat.

With such features as low power consumption, high output and fine product quality, the machine is especially suitable for producing thermo-sensitive material such as PVC, XLPE.
