Water ring pelletizing system PP PE plastic recycling granulating production line
The production line adopts the Japanese technology, mainly used for washed, crushed PE, PP film pelletizing.
1. The production line can feed the washed and crushed PE, PP film into single screw extruder then pelletize directly. Does not destroy the structure and physical properties of the raw material molecules, and more energy efficient than traditional aggregation feeding.
2. Single screw extruder unit selects large aspect ratio of the screw, with a special exhaust device, can effectively remove the moisture, with high productivity.
3. Production line with water ring pelletizing, particle uniformity, beautiful appearance.

a. The efficient forced feeding ensures high feeding and low energy consumption.
b.It equipped with a special design of the barrel and screw and single screw exhaust system, can ensure high yield.
c. The cutting system adopts extrusion die head water ring to cut, which can ensure the perfect appearance of particle.
d. The auxiliary machine has the particle cooling and grading machine.

+Client customize: If with agglomerator, PP/PE will be transported into agglomerator
by conveyor then feed into extruder after agglomerated.
