Features
The equipment is composed of a single screw and a conical twin screw. It adopts a specially designed screw and mold design, and uses pvc mixed polymer materials as raw materials. The extrusion performance is more stable, the plasticization performance is good, and the molding capacity is high; the product is used in Villas, workshops, flat-to-slope projects and other purposes; with excellent corrosion resistance, excellent load resistance, super weather resistance, green environmental protection, easy installation and other advantages.

The main widths are 840mm, 880mm, 1050mm, 1130mm and 1250mm.
Product Application:
1. It is suitable for sloping roofs with cast-in-situ concrete slabs and purlin system as the structural base.
2. Composite plastic tiles are mainly used in multi-storey or low-rise residential buildings with high decorative requirements, and can also be used in park buildings and corridors in public places. Compared with ordinary plastic tiles, it has better weather resistance, color retention and long service life.
3. Suitable for sloped roofs with a slope of 1:3 (18.5°) to 1:0.58 (60°).
