Application:
The main extruder adopts special designed screw, barrel,mould.Equipped with the auxiliary
machineries, it could produce the PP PE PVC Wood-Plastic products.
It's a new environment protecting product, which combines the wood powder and plastic powder
at a certain percent.
After the high temperature and mould extruding, the wood and plastic composites and becomes
the final products.
WPC products: lowest pollution, anti-acid and alkali-roof, water proof, anti-rot, non-posion and non-smell,high-strength, recycling, etc.
WPC Profile board extruder machine consist of the twin screw extruder, mould, calibration table, haul off and cutting machine and the loading table. WPC profile extruder machine also can used for the PVC window and door profile making after changing mould.
1. WPC is used to make construction panel, decoration panel,balustrade, pavement, steps, outdoor tables, wall panel and chairs, pergola,tree bed ,etc.
2. Material: 30-60% straw, wood flour, rice chaff mixed with recycled PVC, PP, PE powder.
3. WPC advantage: undecomposable, deformation free, fade resistant, insect damage resistant, good firepoof performance, crack resistant, and maintenance free etc.

WPC Introduction:
As a new material to replace wood, wood plastic composite is widely used in fields of building decoration and outdoor building materials, such as edge and corner lines, fence of flowers nursery, skirting board, ceiling line, blind window, stair railing, decorative wall board, outdoor pavilion and so on. Most interior and exterior decorative building materials can be made by using wood plastic composite.
Particularly, wood plastic composite can be used in kitchen and washing room for its waterproof and fireproof functions which the raw wood does not have.
