Features
1) The screw and cylinder of Zhoushan extruder adopt vacuum degassing system, which can discharge the raw material waste gas and ensure the final particle quality.
2) Gearbox: from jiangyin gearbox company, a famous brand in China, with beautiful appearance, stable operation, low noise and long service life.
3) Heating system: stainless steel plate cover cast aluminum heater and fan cooling system are adopted to ensure good cooling and heating performance and accurate temperature control.
4) Drive system: Siemens motor and ABB frequency converter are adopted, with stable torque output and various speeds.
5) Vacuum calibration cooling workbench: the workbench is made of #304 stainless steel with good strength and long service life.
6) Traction machine: rubber block traction belt, and the traction speed is adjusted by ABB frequency converter.
7) Cutting machine: saw blade cutting, low noise, fast cutting speed, with dust suction device.
