Application
PVC ceiling wallboard production line is mainly used to produce PVC ceiling with different section shapes and heights and PVC wallboard with width of 200mm, 250mm and 300mm. The surface of PVC ceiling can be printed in two colors and coated with gloss oil, or heat transfer printing or lamination treatment can be used to form marble and wood patterns on the product surface.

Details
PVC plastic profile production line can be used to produce window profile, eaves gutter, wallboard, decorative profile, etc. The equipment of a production line includes main extruder, calibration table, profile crawler traction,saw,cutter,stacking device. The extrusion die is designed of stainless steel alloy and adjusted by appropriate heating zone. The calibration is mounted on a common base plate. The sectional calibration method has a sufficient number of vacuum and cooling water connections. The assembly is simple and beautiful.
PVC profile manufacturing machine mainly adopts two types of extrusion production lines. Sjsz65 / 132 extrusion production line is specially used for manufacturing main profiles such as frame, window sash and mullion. Sjsz51 / 105 extrusion production line is suitable for producing small profiles such as glass beads, bottle caps and connectors. If it is changed to single screw extruder, the production line can produce PE, PP, PVC and ABS configuration files.
