Inner Thread Steel Props 3.5 m with Cast Handle Nut Painted Surface

This steel prop is used for supporting work in buildings slab construction, with working height range from 2.0 m-3.5 m.

Two end plates, upper and lower plates, serve to give stability to the steel prop.

The inner tube is Ø 48.3 mm x 3.0mm with holes to adjust the working height with help of the pin.

The outer tube is Ø57 mm (thickness from 1.6 mm to 2.5mm).

The pin diameter is 14 mm, with a special design that does not allow its fall.

The thread is covered by a cup-type nut that has 2 side handles for easy handling.

A steel ring plate is also equipped on the nut that prevents concrete materials falling into the nut and get stuck.

Packing:
1. Generally, the total net weight of loaded container is 22 tons to 26 tons, which need be confirmed before loading.
2. Different packages are used for different products:
--- bundles: timber beam, steel props, tie rod, etc.
--- pallet: small parts will be put in bags and then on pallets.
--- wooden cases: it is available on customer's request.
--- bulk: some irregular goods will be loaded in bulk in container.
