--38mm Screw Stem fits all 48mm Scaffold Frames, Acme Threads are used on the Screw Stem.
--Heavy Duty, Hollow pipe Screw Jacks with a swivel 150mm x 150mm Base Plate
--The 150mm x 150mm Base Plate is assembled to the screw stem by screw bolt.
--The Base Plate has holes in each corner for securing (nailing) to Mud Sill
--The nut on the screw stem is high-strength, cast iron for durability
--The screw jack with swivel base plate allows your frames set to be leveled on uneven surfaces, enven on slope.
--Overall length of the Screw Stem is 600mm. Request length is available.
--There is a Notch/Cut in the threads of the Screw Stem, 150mm from the top, to prevent the nut from coming off, and to keep the Screw Jack from being over-extended.
--Provides up to 450mm of adjustability
--Galvanized to prevent/minimize rusting
The screw base jack and head jack are made of high strength steel Q235 pipes, for supporting and stabilizing horizontal beams in slab construction.
Depending on special request, a big supporing area-slope of up to 6 %-can be achieved by the base plate and U-head plate.
It can fit all types of scaffold systems, such as frames, ringlock, cuplock systems and kwikstage systems.
Always work in conjunction with U head jack to adjust scaffolding sets in a easy way.
