Description:

It can gie ride of the impurites from rubber material or reclaimed rubber by pushing and delievering these materials.Rubber filter machine is made up of the screw,barrel,strainer head and gearing etc.The machine head has the orifice plate and filter net,and the orifice plate supports the filter net.The orifice plate also can be used to as a discharging opening and its diamater is 4~8mm.

Rubber Strainer is used in rubber goods industry before colloidal rubber material enters into the calender. Rubber is pressed through a very fine-meshed sieve during the straining process in order to filter out agglomerates and other impurities to protect the calender roller for longer service life.

There are single or double heads available, hydraulic station for strainer head locking and opening, steam or hot water for preheating.

Structure:
1 The machine can be equipped with inner tube and tire tread extrusion heads ,and can also be equipped with other extrusion heads as required by users.
2 A machine body temperature measuring and indicating device is installed. The feeding zone over 150 is equipped with force feeding device for the enhancement of feeding capability.
3 The screws and bushes are subjected to nitrogenation treatment to get enough strength and wear-resistance.
4 The reducer has a forced lubrication unit, which is featured by high transmission efficiency, long service life and low noise.5 The machine over 150 is driven by a variable-speed motor.
6 The force feeding device are designed as side-open type for easy rubber removed and feeding.
