Characteristics:
Barrels:
1, Euro-style rectangle barrel, reflux refrigeration channel is optimized and disposed, which makes temperature difference in C areas smaller.
2, Innovated design of heater tightened style insures high efficiency of heat transfer and high longevity of heater.
3, Barrels are made of high quality nitrided steel, with bimetallic liner.
Screw elements and kneading blocks:
Accurately designed , precise processed and agile combination with interchangeablity , can fulfill efficient self-cleaning, transmission, compounding , pressure-forming, etc. The screw made of high tool steel 38CrMoAlA, or W6Mo5Cr4V2 by special heat-treatment, possessing high corrosion-resistant and high wear-resistant functions.
Feeder system:
Metering feeders are equipped with sinlge screw, twin screw, hollow screw, forced-feeding, side-feeding, liquid- adding system etc. to meet different requirements of feeding, such as powder, pellets, lump material and liquid material.
