As a common extruder, single screw extruder is used in plastics processing industry. The single screw extruder is generally divided into three segments in the effective length, and the three segments are determined according to the diameter of the screw, the pitch and the depth of the screw. In general, the length of the three segments is divided by 1/3.

Process of PVC ceiling production line:

Mixer →Feeder→ Extruder → Pelleting

According to our formula, raw materials are mixed in the kneader and tranported to the twin screw force feeder. Through the single screw extruder, extrusion molding.Then through the pelleting system, completing of granulation.
