Ⅲ,General Rule

We have developed the automatic shredding machine unit for large diameter plastic pipe and block materials which have been studied for many years and borrow the advanced foreign experience.This machine has a high degree of automation and high efficient production which could recycle the large plastic waste recycling, large caliber pipe and die materials.The recycling PE,PP and die materials could proceed shredding work directly without cutting down.

IV.Detail technical data

GSSD-1000 is made up of motor,hardened reducer,rotating knife shaft,imported moving blade,stationary blade,rack,engine base,box,oil hydraulic cylinder,oil pump,cylinder stator,working platform.

Stationary knife is packed in rack and the removable embedded moving knife is packed on rotating knife shaft,then the moving shaft quantity is set based on different types and size of rotating shaft.Moving knife has four corner surface, change the angle after dull, sharpen after dull of all the corner surface.because it is claw type knife, rotating cut and the material of knife is SKD11 that the hardness is more than HRC60°, it has a long working life and high capacity, normally it should sharpen after using more than 1000tons.

Hydraulic cylinder propulsion is adopted on materials when shredder working with clamping device.
